Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paddy’s View Hotel

At Paddy’s View Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and transparent for our guests while enabling us to manage room availability responsibly.


1. General Room Bookings

Cancellations Made:

  • More than 48 Hours Before Check-In:
    You will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • Within 48 Hours of Check-In:
    A one-night room charge will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No Show (Failure to Check-In):
    No refund will be issued for no-shows unless an emergency is proven with supporting documentation.


2. Group Bookings (3 or More Rooms)

Group reservations require at least 7 days' notice for free cancellation.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days: 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.

Note: Group bookings often require a deposit, which may be partially non-refundable depending on the terms agreed during booking.


3. Event Bookings (Conferences, Parties, Private Functions)

Event cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled date.

  • Cancellations 10+ days in advance: Full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 10 days: 50% of the deposit will be retained.

  • Same-day cancellations: No refund.


4. Early Departures

Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will be charged for the full stay unless 24 hours’ prior notice is given. Refunds for early departure are subject to management discretion.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Mobile Money Refunds: Processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Bank Transfer Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Card Refunds (Visa/MasterCard): May take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

We advise you to retain your booking reference and proof of payment to facilitate a swift refund process.


7. Special Notes

  • Promotional bookings and discounted rates may be non-refundable or subject to stricter terms.

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be communicated directly to the hotel and confirmed in writing.

  • In the event of a natural disaster, government restrictions, or other emergencies, special exceptions may be applied.
